Social Worker, Human Services​/ Social Work

This is one of two permanent Social Worker posts in the Adult Social Care team for Newark and Sherwood, run by Nottinghamshire County Council. The work centres on assessing the needs of adults with disabilities, mental health needs or learning disabilities and coordinating the outcomes that help them direct their own lives. Posts are hybrid and available full-time or at 18.5 hours a week.

Social Work England registration is required, and Band B applicants need at least two years' post-qualification experience.

• Carry out assessments to identify individual needs and aspirations
