South Derbyshire District Council is seeking a Careline Support Co-ordinator in the Independent Living Service Team. The role involves providing housing-related support for older and vulnerable residents, building structured support plans and signposting to external agencies.
Post-holders will join a shared out-of-hours on-call rota, visit residents across the district, and use lifting equipment when needed. Full training is provided; a car is essential for visiting residents.
