Not For Profit People are recruiting a Welfare Benefits Adviser in Leicester to provide person-centred advice to individuals and households. This fixed-term role (12 months) is 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with a focus on maximising client income and accessing entitlements.
You will support face-to-face, telephone, email and video appointments, completing claims and following up with appeals when needed. DBS clearance is required.
