Are you studying a Computer Science/Software Engineering/Computer Games Development degree? – ITP Aero are looking for an undergraduate developer to join our growing team in Whetstone, Leicestershire.

The successful candidate will join our software development team and will work on the development of our ESATAN-TMS product. If you are looking for a new challenge, please read on!

• Studying a Computer Science / Software Engineering / Computer Games Development degree with a placement option.
• Knowledge in programming in C++.
• English speaking.

• Experience in Software Development.
• Experience in Java, C# or similar.
• Experience in software engineering processes such as Agile Development.
• Experience in object-oriented software design including UML.
• Experience in Graphic libraries, such as OpenGLTM, VULKANTM.

• Technical problem-solving skills.
• Written and verbal communication / presentation skills.
• Enthusiastic, can-do approach.

• You want to work in a small development team.
• You are motivated by developing software tools and problem solving.
• You enjoy contributing to the development of leading-edge analysis software.

You will work at ITP Aero from its site in Whetstone, Leicestershire under the guidance of professionals with extensive experience in the sector in a leading company in aeronautical engines and components that ranks among the top companies in the global aeronautical industry.

You will report to the Software Development Manager and work closely with the development team on the maintenance of the product and on the implementation of new functionality.

• The use of the ESATAN-TMS tool set.
• Use of software development tools.
• Various online software development modules.

Days – 37 hours per week working Monday to Friday with flexibility (core hours 09:00-17:00).

Dependent on experience
