Senior Developer - C# | .NET | React

Overview

As a Senior Developer you will be working in an agile team headed up by a Lead Developer and a Project Development Manager, alongside other developers and Product Owners to deliver quality solutions across a variety of technologies in CCX Tech to a busy Customer Contact Centre.

The Role: As a Senior Developer you will be working in an agile team headed up by a Lead Developer and a Project Development Manager, working alongside other developers and Product Owners to deliver quality solutions across a variety of technologies in CCX Tech to a busy Customer Contact Centre.

• Mentor and support other developers within the team.
• Ensure that all development and code follows best practice, maintains high levels of security, and meets relevant industry standards.
• Understand and interpret technical specifications and turn them into working code using a mix of technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver quality solutions across multiple technologies in a fast-paced environment.

• Technical Excellence: strong commercial experience in .NET framework, C#, SQL Server; design skills for back-end systems architecture and front-end knowledge of MVC and JavaScript frameworks such as React.
• Organisation: highly organised with the ability to align and coordinate project aims and deliverables, and provide detailed estimates for large and complex technical solutions.
• Project Ownership: motivated by ownership of projects and quick issue resolution; experience working with Agile and Scrum.

• Innovation: passionate about best design and coding practices with a drive to champion and develop innovative ideas.
• Communications: ability to present and articulate technical information to a less technical audience in a structured and logical manner.

• C#, .NET Framework, SQL Server, JavaScript, React, Typescript
• Azure Dev Ops/GIT, CI/CD, Source Code Control
• Debugging tools such as Fiddler, Postman
• Experience with Microsoft Azure
• Energy and drive; willing to work long hours when required
• Staying power; able to maintain personal motivation over the long haul
• Team player
• Able to demonstrate commercial experience designing enterprise IT solutions
• Excellent communicator to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven ability to interpret technical documentation, architectures and functional specifications
• Knowledge of interoperability technology (e.g. web services, message-oriented middleware, service-oriented bus)

• Excellent knowledge of usability, coding, accessibility and web standards
