We are looking for a highly skilled Ruby on Rails / ROR Developer to join a dynamic team working with the latest innovative technologies. This role will involve working on exciting projects that are attracting great attention. You will work as an API / Ruby on Rails Developer on both mobile and web based projects, and will be responsible for documentation, technical leadership and mentoring of junior team members.

• Mentor junior developers and lead project teams.
• Develop and maintain APIs and Web / Mobile applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Write test‑driven code (TDD) and create JSON APIs.
• Document technical solutions and workflows.
• Use JIRA for issue tracking and project management.
• Work with Coffee Script and related technologies.
• Collaborate with the team on best practices and continuous improvement.

• Top rate Ruby on Rails experience.
• Experience with mobile and/or web development.
• Proficient in TDD and JSON.
• Experience with JIRA, Coffee Script, and related tools.
• Additional experience with Ansible, Sidekiq, PostgreSQL, or Rex is a plus.
