Pencil is building a best-in-class People Ops automation stack in a fast-growing, remote-first environment in the United Kingdom. You’ll own the data layer and automation across HiBob, Ashby, and Remote, turning manual multi-tool processes into reliable workflows.
You’ll ship working automations quickly, then iterate, while designing guardrails, onboarding workflows, and SOPs. You’ll partner with stakeholders on UK employment and compliance matters as you scale.
