Class 1 HIAB Driver

365 People are recruiting for Class 1 HIAB Drivers for one of our well established clients in Leicester. This will be a temp to perm role securing you a full time job after 12 weeks.

365 People are looking for an experienced Class 1 HIAB Drivers to join a well established operation in Leicestershire. This is a physically active position with a 50/50 split between driving and crane operation. You'll be delivering building materials to commercial and construction sites using a HIAB (brick grab).

You will also be allocated your own truck, which is only used by other drivers when you're on holiday or off sick.

• Operating a Class 1 vehicle with HIAB
• Delivering materials to customer sites
• Operating the crane safely and efficiently
• Securing loads and completing vehicle checks
• Providing excellent customer service on-site

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
• HIAB qualification (brick grab preferred)
• CPC & Digital Tachograph
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Reliable, safety‑focused and professional

• £16.50 per hour (PAYE)
  Your own allocated truck
• Supportive transport team and well‑maintained fleet
