Traffic Operator

Overview

As the UK's largest privately owned Transport Company, Turners (Soham) Ltd is looking to expand the team at our Felixstowe depot by recruiting a Traffic Operator to join the team in our Container Division. We are recruiting a Night shift Traffic Operator to work Sunday - Thursday nights or Monday - Friday nights. This is a permanent full-time position with competitive earnings based on experience.

• Ensure all work is planned effectively.
• Communicating effectively, shipping implants and customers.
• Being responsible for accurate data entry.
• Ensuring client queries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner to the satisfaction of the client.

• Keyboard skills & office experience are essential, although full training will be provided on the relevant IT system.
• Flexibility on working hours.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Background with logistics and/or Containers is preferable as well as TOP's software, but not essential.
• Helpful, positive, and professional attitude.
