Are you an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver ?

Regional Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers on behalf of a leading logistics company seeking a motivated individual to join their team. This role offers long-term work, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.

Requirements

Essential:

• Valid LGV C+E driving license
• Right to work in the UK
• Ability to complete a 5-year employment history check
• Clean basic DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
• Willing to complete CO (Cargo Operative) aviation security training (4 hour online course)
• Good understanding of secure handling / compliance procedures
• Reliable and flexible with working hours
• Eligible for airside security clearance

Desirable:

• Previous experience in air cargo, aviation, or secure transport
• Knowledge of aviation security regulation

Roles & Responsibilities

• Transport secure air cargo on airport-to-airport runs
• Maintain chain of custody at all times
• Follow all company and CAA security procedures
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and ensure roadworthiness
• Complete delivery documentation accurately
• Adhere to drivers hours and compliance regulations
