• Develop and implement effective category management strategies to optimise procurement and inventory levels.
• Manage transportation operations, including route planning, freight optimisation, and shipping schedules using Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Oversee warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and distribution activities with third-party logistics providers (3PL).
• Monitor supply chain performance through ERP systems such as AS400 and other logistics platforms.
• Analyse operational data and generate reports to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost control.
• Supervise inventory management and materials handling operations, including forklift-related activities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all logistics functions.
• Manage shipping documentation, customs requirements, and delivery schedules to meet business objectives.
• Identify supply chain bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to improve performance.
• Support business growth by developing scalable logistics processes and best practices.

• Proven experience in logistics management, supply chain operations, or warehouse management.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes, inventory control, and distribution management.
• Experience using Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as AS400 or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
