FLT Driver

Recruit4staff is representing a leading packaging manufacturing business in search of a FLT Driver to work in Leicester
.

• Pay: £16.41 per hour
• Hours of Work:
  Double Days, 6:00 am – 1:30 pm and 1:20 pm – 8:50 pm
• Duration:
  Temporary (Minimum 4–8 weeks)

As an FLT Driver, you will support logistics and dispatch operations, ensuring efficient movement and control of stock across the site. The role involves goods in, order picking, dispatch processing, and frequent use of FLT equipment. You will also utilise stock systems, scanners, and maintain strong communication with customers and internal departments.

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence and proven experience as a FLT Driver
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Comfortable with manual handling duties (up to 20kg)
• Experience with warehouse systems, scanners, or dispatch processes

• Previous experience within a fast‑paced warehouse or logistics environment
• Exposure to stock control systems or goods in/out processes

• Immediate start available for an experienced FLT Driver
• Role includes both FLT and general warehouse duties
• Temporary assignment with consistent shifts
