HGV Class 2 RORO​/SKIP

HGV Class2 Driver Roro/Skip Required. Temp to Perm. Solvit Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established food recycling company based in Leicester for a reliable and experienced HGV Class 2 Roro/Skip Driver to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis, there is plenty of training and for the right applicant you may be upskilled to HGV Class 1.

Role Overview :
The ideal candidate will hold a HGV Class 2 licence and have experience-operating RORO (roll-on/roll-off), and skip vehicles. You will start Monday to Friday training for a couple of weeks. Then you will have your shift pattern off 4 on 4 off. Start times from 06:00, 12-hour shifts. Pay Rates: £15.00 during training. After training, you be paid £17.89 per hour.

Requirements:
Valid HGV Class 2 licence minimum 1 year experience.

Experience with skip and RO/RO operations. Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card. Strong work ethic and reliability. Perform pre-trip and post trip inspections of the vehicle. Follow all traffic laws and regulations. Excellent communication oral and written. Complete all paperwork. CPC and Tacho. No DR, DD, TT or IN10. Benefits:
