Our Flix Bus operation offers a more professional driving environment with open-road coach work, varied UK-wide routes, and structured shifts planned in advance.

We're looking for experienced PCV drivers who take pride in delivering safe, reliable, and comfortable journeys every day.

You’ll earn over £32,000 per year and a permanent 38-hour contract. The role offers modern,comfortable coaches, structured shifts across the week, and the opportunity to enjoy more open-road driving away from traditional urban route work. With a mix of shifts across Monday to Sunday, the role also provides flexibility outside of the standard 9–5 routine, quieter roads during off-peak hours, and opportunities to increase earnings through overtime.

You’ll become part of a supportive local team within a growing national coach network.

As a Coach Driver, you’ll safely deliver reliable and comfortable long-distance journeys for customers travelling across the UK. You’ll operate modern coaches on a variety of UK-wide routes while providing a professional and friendly customer experience throughout every journey. This role offers a more varied and enjoyable style of driving, with a mix of motorway, city, and open-road routes. Shifts operate across Monday to Sunday on a rota basis, with schedules planned in advance.

• Valid PCV licence
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
• Proof of Right to Work in the UK
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Strong customer service skills
• Flexible and reliable approach to shift work
