Royal Caribbean Group in Weybridge, UK is seeking a Ship Manager in Marine Technical Operations. You will drive ongoing engagement between shoreside MT Operations and the senior Marine Management onboard vessels to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operation and improve fleet performance.
Candidates should have a Naval Architect or Marine/Mechanical Engineering degree and 5–10 years with a shipping company or cruise line;
Chief Engineer experience is highly desirable.
