Barker Ross is recruiting FLT Reach Truck Drivers for a 4 on 4 off shift to join a leading COPACK operation based in Coalville, Bardon (LE67). Shift Timing: 4 on 4 off shift pattern - Day Shift 06:00 to 18:00 To be successful in this role, you'll need: A positive attitude and strong work ethic A valid FLT Reach Truck licence (nationally accredited preferred) In-house licences will also be considered, with refresher training provided where required The ability to work well as part of a team Previous Reach Truck and warehouse experience Good attention to detail and accuracy As an FLT Reach Truck Driver, you'll be responsible for:
Moving, storing and replenishing palletised stock Maintaining a clean and organised working area Loading and unloading vehicles Operating Reach Trucks safely and efficiently Picking, packing and repacking customer orders Completing goods-in and goods-out checks Supporting general warehouse operations Following all Health & Safety procedures Why Join?
