Market Research Field Interviewer per Shift

Join Ipsos and take on a role that gets you out and about in your local area. As a Field Market Research Interviewer, you'll travel across bus routes and stations, speaking with passengers to help improve public transport across the UK.

Each shift is based on a specific route, stop, or station. You'll be provided with everything you need, including a tablet, survey materials, and , to carry out your work confidently.

• Approach passengers and invite them to take part in a short survey
• Ask a set of structured questions and accurately record responses
• Capture feedback on their journey and experience
• Occasionally count passenger numbers (footfall)

• Some involve travelling on a bus for the full route
• Others are based at a bus stop or station (typically around 3 hours)

• Are confident speaking to members of the public
• Are comfortable working independently in different locations
• Can stay motivated, even when responses are low
• Have a full driving licence and access to a car

Paid per shift (rather than hourly)

Typically around 2-5 shifts per week, depending on local demand

Flexible, part-time work that fits around other commitments
