We are recruiting class 1 drivers for our client based in Leicester.
- Depot to depot trailer swap work.
- The work can be ad hoc / flexible to fit around existing commitments or full time.
- Average shift length 10 – 12 hours.
- Start times range from 13:00 – 20:00.
- Weekly paid PAYE
- We require 1 year of class 1 experience along with recent recorded data on your digi card
- No more than 6 points on licence
- We can not accept DR, DG, CD, DD or BA endorsements

- Fixed shift patterns available starting within a 3 hour start time window.
- Choose from available fixed patterns including:
Monday – Friday
Thursday – Monday
Friday – Tuesday
Saturday – Wednesday
Sunday – Thursday - Fixed shift patterns available starting within a 3 hour start time window.

Sunday – Thursday - Tramping Monday to Friday starting 06:00.
- Days 06:00 starts 4 on 4 off.
- Nights 17:00 starts 4 on 4 off.
- Curtain side work.
- Delivering to warehouse, wholesale and retail.
- Tramping Monday to Friday starting 06:00.
- Working a 5 on 3 off shift pattern.
- Shunting and positioning HGV trailers within the depot and yard
- Moving trailers between loading areas, bays and designated parking areas
- Ensuring trailers are positioned safely and efficiently
- Carrying out vehicle and trailer checks where required
£200 per day day rate Temporary - Ongoing Temporary
- Delivering chilled and frozen goods to stores (SDC), working with fridge and freezer units.
- Deliveries are generally non-handball, although a hands-on approach and willingness to assist with deliveries when required would be an advantage
- Shifts range from 6 to 12 hours
- 4 on / 4 off preferred
- Alternative shifts available across any 5 days out of 7.
