# Warehouse Operative Location Heysham Newcastle  / Sunderland / Durham (Primary base: Port of Tyne)    £18 per hour | Inside IR35 (PAYE preferred)    Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Shift Pattern     We are seeking an experienced
** Warehouse Operative
** to join our growing Supply Chain team supporting offshore renewable operations at the Dogger Bank O&M Base, located at the Port of Tyne.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within the renewables sector, supporting critical offshore operations by ensuring materials are received, stored, managed, and dispatched safely and efficiently.

The Role As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and operational efficiency. You will work closely with the Supply Chain and Service teams to ensure materials are available when and where they are needed.
You will be responsible for:  
* Receiving and unloading supplier deliveries
* Checking goods for accuracy and damage
* Storing products in designated warehouse locations
* Picking and packing orders accurately
* Preparing materials for dispatch and shipment
* Loading delivery vehicles and stowing stock onto vessels
* Conducting stock counts and inventory checks
* Maintaining accurate records using ERP/WMS systems
* Ensuring the warehouse is clean, organised, and compliant
* Following 5S, Lean principles, and health & safety procedures at all times

Occasional travel to other sites may be required.
