Finished Goods FLT Counterbalance Driver

Hamilton – £13.00 per hour – 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm (Monday to Friday). Temp to Perm opportunity.

Support the finished goods operation, ensuring stock is handled, stored, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.

• Operate FLT Counterbalance, reel clamps, and PPTs.
• Move and store pallets within the warehouse.
• Prepare finished goods for dispatch in line with schedules.
• Load vehicles when required.
• Complete daily equipment checks and report defects.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and stock records.
• Identify damaged stock or quality issues.
• Support stock counts and inventory control.
• Work collaboratively with the wider warehouse team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.

• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (essential).
• Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, punctual and a strong team player.
• Good communication skills.
