Forklift Driver Reach

FLT Reach / Warehouse Operative required for our client in Leicester. About our client:

The client is a local distributor of ceramic products. They have sites located across the Midlands and distribute Nationwide.

You will be working Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 5pm with Saturday working involved in the future. This is an ongoing placement with the option for a permanent position for the right candidates. You will be moving pallets around the warehouse and loading vehicles but not limited to this. This is a 20/80 split between FLT work and Manual Handling work.

There will be the expectation for the successful candidate to get off the FLT and carry out general warehouse duties as well, so heavy lifting is involved.

• Safety boots, hi vis and workwear are essential in this role.
• Candidates must hold a valid FLT Reach licence, additional Counterbalance licence would be helpful.
• Must be happy to carry out warehouse duties alongside FLT work.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday every week without exception (other than annual leave) and open to occasional weekend work.
• Ability to work in a fast moving warehouse.
