We are seeking a motivated General Warehouse Operative to join our growing team in Desford. The Role As a General Warehouse Operative, you will be at the heart of our warehouse operation, helping to ensure goods are received, stored, packed, and dispatched efficiently. Working alongside a friendly team, you will contribute to meeting daily targets while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
• Safely handling and moving stock, including heavy lifting of up to 20kg
• Storing products in designated warehouse locations
• Conducting stock checks and supporting inventory management
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Operating warehouse equipment, including pallet trucks and forklifts (full training provided where required)
• Following all health and safety procedures and company policies

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience is beneficial but not essential
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a busy environment
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Physically fit and comfortable with regular manual handling
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Additional Mandarin language skills are highly advantageous
