In this role you will be supporting the Warehouse Shift Managers and Supervisors by ensuring the Warehouse Management System is managed appropriately and day to day operating plans are in place

• To generate all Manhattan system tasks to ensure that work is available at all times and presented in the most efficient way in terms of wave sizes and work flows.
• Co-ordinating available work with the supervisors on the shop floor to allow them to make the right operational decisions.
• Monitoring the hours used against plan on an hour by hour basis to provide the Supervisors with information they require to make operational decisions and manage individual’s performance.
• Complete Operational status and shorts reports accurately and communicate them with key Stakeholder to ensure so the Operation delivers the plan.
• Complete the weekly deployment plan to achieve the targets set out by the Management team and effectively meet the operational requirements.

• Working in a FMGC environment
• Experience of warehouse management system
• Good numeracy, spoken and written communication skills
• Strong IT skills
