We are recruiting FLT Drivers to work at Pladis in Wigston, offering long‑term temporary work with the chance to progress into a permanent position.
Shifts, Licences & Pay Rates
Day Shift - Reach Truck & Counterbalance Required
07:45 - 17:00
£13.45 per hour
Pay rates will be upgraded after 2 weeks of completed service.
Duties
Operating FLT equipment safely and efficiently
Loading and unloading goods
Moving stock within the warehouse
Following health & safety guidelines
Supporting general warehouse tasks Requirements
Valid, in‑date FLT licence(s)
Counterbalance for day shift
Reach Truck and Counterbalance for night shift
Previous FLT experience
Reliable, punctual, and safety‑conscious
Basic spoken and written English What's on Offer
Ongoing temporary work
Fixed day or night shifts
Increased pay after 2 weeks
