Frontline Recruitment is working with a logistics and distribution company in Leicester (LE3) to recruit dependable Parcel Sorters/Loaders to support their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

* Load and unload vehicles, trailers, and containers safely and efficiently

* Manually handle goods and move parcels across the warehouse and yard

* Assist dispatch and warehouse teams with accurate stock movement

* Work to daily deadlines while maintaining high accuracy

* Ensure a clean and safe workspace in line with health & safety policies

Requirements

* Experience in loading/offloading, warehousing or manual handling is desirable but not essential

* Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced, manual role

* Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
