Autoschadehuis in Leiden zoekt een vestigingsmanager die verantwoordelijkheid over een vestiging met circa 20 vakmensen neemt. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, stuurt op kwaliteit, bewaakt de planning en zorgt voor continue verbeteringen. Je bent de motor achter het succes van de vestiging en geeft ruimte aan talent.
Je beschikt over MBO/HBO werk- en denkniveau, leidinggevende ervaring en een Audatex-diploma. Affiniteit met autoschade, techniek en schadeherstel is essentieel.
