De Sleutels zoekt een Projectleider Planmatig Onderhoud om planmatig onderhouds- en verduurzamingsprojecten te leiden en externe partijen aan te sturen. Je bewaakt voortgang, kwaliteit en budgetten en adviseert over instandhouding en verduurzaming van woningcomplexen.
De rol vraagt HBO-niveau, aantoonbare ervaring binnen woningcorporaties en kennis van verduurzamingsprojecten. ZZP- of detacheringverband is mogelijk; optie tot verlenging lijkt niet beschikbaar.
