Museum De Lakenhal zoekt een directievoerder Civiele zaken voor toezicht op onderhoudsprojecten in Leiden. Je vertegenwoordigt de gemeente tijdens uitvoeringsfasen en bewaakt contractafspraken met aannemers en leveranciers. Je geeft advies bij plannen en bestekken en rapporteert over voortgang en financiën.
De rol vereist minimaal vijf jaar directe Civiele ervaring, een HBO-opleiding, en VCA-VOL. Er is een hybride werkomgeving met opleidingskansen en pensioenregeling via ABP.
