What you’ll do:

Develop, configure, and optimise DeltaV control strategies, modules, phases, and recipes for upstream and downstream bioprocesses.
Diagnose and resolve automation issues across process equipment, networks, I/O, and control logic.
Ensure all automation work aligns with GxP, data integrity, and validation requirements.
Lead automation changes through the full lifecycle: impact assessment, design, testing, documentation, and implementation.
Integrate DeltaV with MES, historians, SCADA, and equipment PLCs.

What you’ll need:

Extensive working with Emerson DeltaV in a GMP or regulated environment.

Experience with upstream (cell culture) and/or downstream (purification) processes.
Strong understanding of ISA-88 batch control and ISA-95 integration models.
Hands‑on experience with commissioning, qualification, and computer system validation.
Familiarity with industrial networks, instrumentation, P&IDs, and control system architecture.
