Progressive is seeking an experienced Facilities Engineer for a highly regulated manufacturing environment in Leiden. You will oversee operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of facilities, utilities, and equipment to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
The role involves leading daily maintenance, driving CAPA-based improvements, supervising contractors, and managing budgets and metrics while collaborating with cross-functional teams in English.
