The Position
As part of our growing team, we are looking for a talented Space Product Assurance Engineer to join us and contribute to innovative and high-impact projects within the aerospace and space industry. You will play a key role in ensuring product quality, reliability, and compliance throughout the development and qualification lifecycle of complex systems.
As a Space Product Assurance Engineer, your main tasks will include:
Performing and reviewing Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analyses (FMECA)
Supporting product assurance activities throughout the system development lifecycle
Generating and maintaining quality and safety documentation
Supporting equipment qualification and quality review processes
Coordinating and contributing to process validation activities, including manufacturing and assembly processes
Supporting Assembly, Integration, and Verification (AIV) activities
Ensuring compliance with applicable quality standards, customer requirements, and industry regulations
Collaborating closely with engineering, manufacturing, and project teams to identify and mitigate risks
Your Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HBO/WO) in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline
Experience in Product Assurance , Quality Assurance , or Reliability Engineering within the space, aerospace, or other highly regulated industries
Strong knowledge of FMECA and risk analysis methodologies
Experience with qualification, verification, and validation activities
Familiarity with manufacturing and process validation activities
Understanding of Assembly, Integration, and Verification (AIV) processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proactive and quality-driven mindset
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
