We are working with an innovative organization specializing in biologics, including CAR-T therapies and other advanced biologic products. The company maintains a strong focus on quality, compliance, and operational excellence within a fast-paced, high-tech environment in the Netherlands.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Support Specialist to join a small, dedicated team. This role focuses on supporting compliance activities, reviewing SOPs, handling training queries, and assisting with lab inspections. It is a full-time, on-site position aimed at ensuring regulatory standards are maintained within a biologics manufacturing setting.

• Review and update SOPs and compliance documentation in line with GMP standards.
• Support the training team by addressing compliance-related questions from the Asset Development (AD) department.
• Assist during lab inspections by providing support and ensuring documentation is compliant (note: no hands-on laboratory work).
• Manage stakeholder relationships and maintain accurate compliance records.
• Collaborate with the training and documentation systems, such as LIMS, to ensure proper data management.
• Support investigation activities related to deviations, CAPA, and non-conformances; training will be provided if needed.

• Proven GMP experience with a good understanding of quality systems.
• Fluent in English;
  Dutch language skills are a plus but not necessary.
• Preferably hold a vocational or bachelor’s level education (no MSc or PhD candidates).
• Background in QA or QC is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with systems like LIMS or similar is advantageous, but flexibility is welcome.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Attention to detail and comfort with routine compliance tasks.
