Can you transform HR Services from a transactional function into a proactive, technology-driven service organization
Your role in the storyAs Lead HR Services, you are responsible for the HR Services and Training Planning teams and play a key role in the evolution of our HR organization.
You ensure reliable day-to-day service delivery while driving initiatives that simplify processes, improve employee experience and leverage technology and AI to create smarter ways of working. Together with HR Business Partners, Centers of Expertise, HRIS and IT, you translate operational insights into sustainable improvements and help move HR Services from reactive support to proactive service delivery.
What you will be working on- Leading the HR Services and Training Planning teams.
- Shaping the HR Service Delivery strategy and roadmap.
- Driving process optimization, digitalization and automation initiatives.
- Exploring and implementing AI-enabled solutions.
- Leading HR transformation projects from idea to implementation.
- Collaborating across HR, HRIS and IT to deliver sustainable change.
You are an experienced HR leader who combines operational excellence with a continuous improvement mindset. You know how to build and lead high-performing teams, but equally enjoy challenging existing ways of working and driving change. You easily switch between strategic thinking and hands-on execution and have a strong affinity with digital transformation, process optimization and AI-driven innovation. Most importantly, you see opportunities where others see recurring problems.
Tobe successful in this role, you bring:
- HBO or university level education.
- 8+ years of experience within HR, preferably in HR Operations or HR Services.
- Experience leading teams and organizational change initiatives.
- A strong track record in process improvement, digitalization and HR transformation.
- Experience with HR technology and self-service solutions; SAP Success Factors is a plus.
- Experience delivering transformation projects involving automation and/or AI.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Working on innovative and challenging projects.
