Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Sr Manager IMSC Information Architecture within its Data Strategy and Operations organization, part of the Value Chain Management organization in the Innovative Medicine Supply Chain. This role, under the Information Architecture pillar, leads and oversees the information architecture for the Deliver domain.

As Sr Manager IMSC Information Architecture, you will lead the design and implementation of end‑to‑end FAIR data products for the Deliver domain, ensuring they align with IMSC Data Architecture. You will develop strategies to minimize duplication of information and clarify source of truth across supply‑chain functions and systems. Your focus will span system‑specific master data (including workflow capabilities), transactional data, and data for analytics and AI.

You will collaborate with functional supply‑chain partners and J&J Technology partners to design and implement scalable data models that maximize business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement end‑to‑end FAIR data products across master and transactional data to generate analytics data products.
  • Create, adopt, and evolve IMSC conceptual and logical business information policies to guide data product design and modelling.
  • Work closely with domain Data Owners to shape the Data Domain roadmap and ensure budgets and resources are allocated.
  • Work closely with Data Owners to define metadata and data quality frameworks to ensure a high level of FAIR data products throughout their lifecycle.
  • Support IMSC Data Governance by implementing governance capabilities across the Data Domain.
  • Continuously implement automation and simplification through advanced capabilities such as AI agents in the processes of data design, data asset build, and data quality controls, and support the evolution of an end‑to‑end data stack that can support future AI applications in the domains.
Qualifications Education

Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, Computer Science, or fields with a focus on data management, data science, analytics, AI, machine learning, or equivalent.

Experience and Skills – Required
  • In‑depth experience with data modelling and design techniques (medallion architecture, data vault, data marts, OBT, etc.).
  • In‑depth experience with state‑of‑the‑art data technologies (workflow capabilities for master data, data catalogues, lakehouse, ontology management).
  • 5+ years working in a pharmaceutical global supply chain.
  • Experience in multi‑year strategy or technology deployment focused on information management, data management, or data capabilities.
  • Proven track record of building partnerships to inspire change and deliver results across complex ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex technical topics for broad audiences across levels.
  • Energetic, passionate, accountable, and keen on continuous learning.
Experience and Skills – Preferred
  • Good knowledge of industry standards related to data management (FAIR, IDMP, ISO, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of compliance standards.
  • Experience working in healthcare.
