Student IT Support

We’re looking for a Working Student IT Support to join our team in Leiden.

You’re a student with a passion for technology, eager to learn, and ready to roll up your sleeves to support colleagues.

• Providing first‑line IT support to end users
• Setting up laptops, phones, and other devices
• Supporting Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, and Share Point
• Assisting with password resets and user access requests
• Logging and following up on support tickets
• Troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues
• Supporting small IT projects and improvement initiatives

• Currently studying IT or a related field, or a strong interest in technology
• Helpful, service‑minded, and eager to learn
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English
• Available 24–40 hours per week
• Hands‑on experience in a professional IT environment (or exposure to Microsoft 365 and modern IT systems is a plus)
• Willingness to learn and work under the guidance of experienced IT colleagues
