Nomios is seeking a Support Engineer to join our network operations team in Leiden. You will diagnose and resolve issues in LAN and WAN environments and manage incidents via our ticketing system, ensuring SLA adherence.
The role requires hands-on experience with routing and switching, knowledge of firewall technologies, and fluency in English and Dutch. CCNA/JNCIS/ACE-A or equivalent certifications are preferred; 2-3 years in ISP/MSP/Telecom.
