DUWO in Leiden zoekt een betrokken interim Opzichter PO/NPO die problemen oplost en zichtbaar aanwezig is om onze bewoners een veilige, prettige woonomgeving te bieden. Je houdt onderhoudswerkzaamheden bij, beoordeelt offertes en regelt documentatie zodat MJOB en assetmanagement up-to-date blijven.
De functie is tijdelijk met 36 uur per week, aansluitend op ziektevervanging. Je werkt nauw samen met bewoners, leveranciers en interne teams en bent een sparringpartner voor Teamleider Beheer en onze
