Johnson & Johnson in Leiden is seeking an entry-level team member for the Manufacturing Operations area. You will support daily production activities, learn GMP procedures, and help ensure timely, accurate delivery of materials and processes. Ideal candidates have an MBO-2 level with 18 months of relevant experience (or 3+ years in a non-relevant field), and a B2 level in Dutch and English.
Basic MS Office skills and a collaborative mindset are required. Flexible shift work is expected.
