Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Site Automation Lead at the Leiden manufacturing site to own the lifecycle of ISA‑95 Level 1–2 and selected Level 3 systems, ensuring compliance, reliability, and performance in a regulated environment.
You will lead a high-performing automation organization, partnering with Operations, Quality, MSAT, Engineering and IT to advance digital manufacturing and drive continuous improvement.
