Topaz in Leiden zoekt een verpleegkundige voor de nachtdienst om cliënten te ondersteunen in hun revalidatiedoelen. Als aanspreekpunt bewaak je de kwaliteit van zorg, werk je samen met collega's en zorg je voor de continuïteit van zorg.
Je moet beschikken over een afgeronde Mbo-verpleegkunde opleiding en goed kunnen schakelen in drukke situaties. Het bieden van zelfstandige en doordachte zorg is essentieel in deze rol.
Wij bieden een vast contract, een salaris volgens FWG 45, plus vakantietoeslag en eindejaarsuitkering.
