A global pharmaceutical leader in the Netherlands seeks an NPI Process Engineer to enhance manufacturing processes. This role involves supporting new product introductions and optimizing existing operations. Responsibilities include process monitoring, issue resolution, and collaboration with various teams to improve efficiency and compliance. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical DSP operations, strong analytical skills, and NPI tech transfer knowledge.

The position offers a hybrid work schedule with 2–3 days onsite.
