Senior Project Manager - Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, CAPEX & GMP
We are supporting a global pharmaceutical manufacturer in the search for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of major CAPEX projects across a critical manufacturing site.
This is a key project delivery role, responsible for managing complex pharmaceutical engineering projects from early concept and design phases through construction, commissioning, qualification, and final operational handover within a GMP-regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities   Manage the delivery of large-scale CAPEX projects within pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, construction, CQV, quality, operations, and external contractors.
Own project planning, timelines, budgets, risks, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within agreed budgets, and in compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.
Act as the key point of contact between internal teams, suppliers, contractors, and senior stakeholders.
Support the development and delivery of long-term manufacturing investment programmes.
Experience Required   Proven experience managing CAPEX projects within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or another highly regulated manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of GMP requirements, cleanroom facilities, commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV).
Demonstrated success delivering complex engineering projects with multiple stakeholders, contractors, and significant capital investment.
