Stichting-Kwadraad in Leiden zoekt een maatschappelijk werker voor het sociaal wijkteam. Je biedt kortdurende hulp aan inwoners en ondersteunt hen naar zelfstandigheid. Deze rol vereist minimaal een hbo-bachelor in Social Work of vergelijkbaar, met 4 jaar relevante ervaring.
Je gaat werken met een diverse doelgroep en participeert in teamoverleggen. Kwadraad biedt goede arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder een salaris tussen € 3.435,- en € 5.216,- bruto op basis van 36 uur.
