Jados in Leiden zoekt een ambulant begeleider die het verschil maakt in het leven van cliënten. In deze functie ondersteun je cliënten in het vergroten van hun zelfredzaamheid en werk je zelfstandig binnen twee verschillende teams. Flexibele werktijden van maandag tot vrijdag vormen een belangrijk aspect van deze rol.
Je krijgt de ruimte om bij te dragen aan hun ontwikkeling en past je begeleidingsstijl aan op de behoefte van de cliënt. Een contract van 12 maanden wordt aangeboden met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband en aantrekkelijke secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden.
