Dokterbosman zoekt een ambulant begeleider in Leiden voor 24 uur per week. Je ondersteunt (jong) volwassenen met psychische problematiek en hulpvragen rondom financiën en huisvesting. Deze uitdagende rol vraagt om flexibiliteit en zelfstandigheid, met de mogelijkheid om je werkuren aan te passen aan persoonlijke behoeften.
