Het Leger des Heils zoekt een Gezinscoach in Leiden om gezinnen in kwetsbare situaties te ondersteunen. Je leidt gezinnen door complexe problemen en helpt hen bij opvoeding, administratie en meer. Deze rol vereist een HBO-diploma in Social Work of gelijkwaardig, evenals betrokkenheid bij de christelijke identiteit van de organisatie.
De functie biedt een salaris volgens CAO Jeugdzorg, een contract voor 12 maanden met kansen voor verdere ontwikkeling en een collegiaal team dat samen werkt om impact te maken.
