Gemiva in Leiderdorp zoekt een enthousiaste begeleider die affiniteit heeft met bewoners met niet aangeboren hersenletsel (NAH) en/of lichamelijke beperkingen. Je werkt op de Hans Vonkstraat in dag-, avonddiensten en slaapdiensten, waarbij bewoners elk een eigen appartement hebben en er sprake is van individuele begeleidingsmomenten.
Naast begeleiding voer je ADL-werkzaamheden uit, regel je medicatie en vervoer voor bewoners en rapporteer je volgens het ondersteuningsplan.
