Veterinary Receptionist (Part-Time FTC) – IVC Evidensia UK

We are looking for a kind, patient, friendly and caring person to join our Front of House team at Ark House Vets in Leighton Buzzard.

Ark House Vets is a single-site practice in the Bedfordshire/Buckinghamshire border town of Leighton Buzzard. The team consists of 6 Vets, 9 Veterinary Nurses and 5 receptionists.

As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will handle reception duties, use email and computers for communication with the team and clients, and support various administrative tasks. The position is fixed-term for 6 months.

• Answer phones and emails promptly.
• Schedule appointments and manage the booking system.
• Maintain patient records and assist with data entry.
• Support the reception desk during clinic hours.
• Provide excellent customer service to pet owners.

The rota is flexible, covering approximately 21 hours per week, including one Saturday morning every four weeks and at least two evenings until 7 pm.
