Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 + Package / Benefits

Our client is a UK-based construction and civil engineering group that delivers a wide range of specialist services across infrastructure, groundworks, demolition, reinforced concrete structures, remediation, and utilities. The company operates as a group of companies, each focusing on different areas, this allows them to offer an end-to-end solution on complex projects.

Due to healthy order books and company expansion, there is need for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the Commercial Department on a large scale project in Leighton Buzzard. Projects range from £5m - £10m. As the Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of costs with an end goal of maximising the project profit margin and ensuring delivery of payment whilst developing future client relationships.

• Manage costs to maximise project profit margin
• Ensure timely delivery of payments
• Support the Commercial Department on a large-scale RC Frame and Groundworks project
• Develop and maintain client relationships

• Previous background working within RC Frame, Groundworks or Civil Engineering
• Degree educated within Quantity Surveying

Salary range of £50,000 to £65,000 per annum.
