This position offers an experienced Quantity Surveyor an opportunity to join an employee‑owned contractor delivering high‑quality landscape construction projects across Central London and the South of England. The role focuses on managing the commercial performance of projects while contributing to a people‑first business culture that values collaboration and long‑term growth.

• Manage commercial delivery of projects from estimating handover through to final account.
• Prepare valuations, cost reporting, procurement, and manage change throughout delivery.
• Work closely with project managers and operational teams to maximise project performance.
• Support financial control, contractual compliance, and margin improvement across projects.

• Quantity Surveying experience within landscaping, civils, groundworks, roofing or related sectors.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing valuations, cost reporting and procurement.
• Experience working across project delivery and collaborating with operational teams.
• Detail‑oriented, commercially minded and interested in long‑term development within a growing business.
